3LiveShop

3LiveShop is a live online shop and customer service solution. This is where the users can interact with a real salesperson face-to-face online, while products and service plans are displayed dynamically by a stroke of the salesman’s fingertips. We designed a user-friendly interface for both salesperson and customer – the interface and underlying technology all built in Adobe Flash. The system is capable of detecting multiple fingers and hands at the same time, allowing the salesperson to interact with products on the display while it’s all recreated on the customer’s side.
