20th Biennale of Sydney Display Typeface

The theme of the 20th Biennale of Sydney was titled 'The future is already here — it’s just not evenly distributed’. Situated at 7 key locations as 'embassies of thought’, each venue has is its own identity, behaviours and characteristics. BOS Embassy is a family of 7 display typefaces, designed around each embassy sub-theme. Each glyph set works in conjunction with the other 6 by occupying the same glyph window and therefore tone of letter. This allows a coherent set of characters with very different and recognisable forms, to interact and create a dialogue.
