Carl spent the first 20 years of his career working at some of the top ad agencies in the world including TBWA (twice), Fallon Minneapolis and Bartle Bogle Hegarty, before joining Apple in California in 2017.

He jointly runs the global iPhone, iPad and iOS Services teams with fellow Brit, Sam Oliver. Where they get to collaborate with the incredible talent at Apple to help create everything from the packaging to the brand advertising…and everything in-between.

His work for Apple, The Guardian, Stella Artois, Barnardo’s, Axe, Virgin Media, Guinness and Barclays have been recognised at all of major awards shows around the world.
