Paco is 75% Madrileño, 15% Carioca and 10% Londoner.
Paco worked in Madrid for some of the most creative Spanish agencies, including Contrapunto BBDO, Y&R, Saatchi & Saatchi and Sra. Rushmore.
In 2008 Paco published his first book “Microrelatos”.
In 2011 he moved to Brazil and joined Ogilvy as ECD. He worked in some of the most awarded campaigns of the last years helping Ogilvy Brazil to be named Agency of the Year at the Cannes Festival in 2013.
According to the Cannes Global Creativity Report, Conde has been among the 5 most awarded creative directors of the world between 2013 to 2015, reaching the top 1 in 2013.
In 2014 the ABP (Asociação Brasileira de Propaganda) named Paco Conde Creative Director of the Year.
In 2015, Paco decides to change the sunny Brazil for the rainy London to join the legendary BBH as Group Creative Director.
Throughout his career, Paco has won some of the most prestigious international awards, including 2 Yellow and 1 White Pencil at the D&AD, 1 Best of Category at One Show, 1 Grand Clio and 1 Titanium Grand Prix and 1 Promo & Activation Grand Prix at Cannes.
Paco is part of the Board of Trustee of the D&AD and member of the Cannes Chimera Initiative created by the Cannes Lions Festival and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
