Donna Payne is the former Creative Director at Faber & Faber, with over 25 years of publishing design experience. She thrives on leading teams in the delivery of consistently excellent work across a diverse range of formats and genres. Donna has art directed many leading illustrators and photographers, and regularly gives talks on Book Design at schools, universities and literary events. She is a passionate advocate for a more inclusive design industry, enjoying links to D&AD Shift and Creative Access.
