Ruchi Sharma is the Founder & Chief Creative Officer of HumanSense, an Independent Collective of Creative & Strategic solutions, rooted in the vision to impact Social Change.
Her career spans more than two decades, spent in New York, Bangkok, South East Asia, India and Sri Lanka. She has served on most of the reputed international juries and won several international, regional and local awards, in creativity and effectiveness.
Ruchi is a frequent speaker at industry events, like the Cannes initiative of the inaugural SeeItBeIt, at Spikes Asia. And at the CTC2020, creative talk event in Bangkok.
She is on the advisory boards of New York festival, American Marketing awards, 4As-the Advertising body of Sri Lanka and the Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka. She volunteers as a Personal Growth Officer with Women Empowered Global
Ruchi is a staunch supporter of inclusion, diversity and equality. She is passionate about creating work that impacts. She co-created the first digitally-led global campaign on Human Rights for the UNHRC, for which she was invited as the UN guest to New York by the High Commissioner of Human Rights.
