Over two decades, I’ve been privileged enough to work at some of London’s best-known advertising and digital agencies including McCann, Digitas, and Channel 5 where I’ve enjoyed pitching, writing, and art directing for a variety of brands, across a mix of channels and media.
Since launching The Future is ND in 2018 I became a neurodiversity expert after running a program of successful events which spread awareness and built up a strong network of like-minded people. I then went on to facilitate neurodiversity educational workshops and consult for organisations including Universal Music, Coca Cola, and BIMA.
I have lived experience of neurodiversity (ADHD and ASC) and am passionate about making the industry inclusive for all, including more accessible working environments, recruitment processes, and most importantly attitudes.
