Multi award-winning Creative and Film Director, Priya Ahluwalia, launched her multi-award-winning label 'Ahluwalia' in 2018, inspired by her Indian-Nigerian heritage and London roots. Considering every aspect of the design process, Ahluwalia works with responsible sourcing and manufacturing methods, exploring the potential of vintage and surplus clothing, giving existing materials new life through textile techniques. Influenced by art, music, and global cultures, Ahluwalia blends nostalgia with futurism in her designs. She has collaborated with PUMA, Mulberry, GANNI, and Ace&Tate and directed films for Nike, Design Museum, Levi’s and more. Ahluwalia’s work spans fashion, and film, product and print, unified by her commitment to social and environmental change.
