Neil joined Leagas Delaney in 2025 and was promoted to ECD in 2026. Alongside his teammate Jay Phillips, he has won over 150 international awards for design and creativity. Previously he was part of the creative leadership team at BBH London, creating award-winning work for Netflix, Samsung and the Samaritans. Before that, he spent 8 years at AMV BBDO. Notable award wins include multiple Grand Prix for Sheba and D&AD pencils for Whiskas and BT Sport. He started his career at McCann winning his first D&AD pencil for American Airlines.
