About

Gilvana Viana has played a leadership role in her journey, seeking greater Black protagonism. She is the CEO and co-founder of three companies: Punks S/A (a music content provider and licensor), MugShot (a production and creative studio for soundtracks for artists and brands), and CASABLACK, a platform focused on Black culture. Additionally, she is the co-creator and executive producer of the podcast "Mano a Mano," with Mano Brown. At Moonshot, she holds the position of Business Development Executive and has joined the Business Development team. Gilvana has also won several national and international awards, such as the Cannes Festival, Clube de Criação, Lions International, Festival of Creativity, among others. In recent years, she has served as a juror at events like the D&AD Awards, in the Sound Design & Use of Music category, the Jury of CICLOPE Latino and CICLOPE Berlin, and the Lisbon International Advertising Festival.
