Stormzy wanted a cover design that was a play on words for his album title Heavy Is The Head. It represents wanting the crown so much, and the weight and responsibility it bears. Stormzy felt it was important to include the Banksy vest on the cover as it represents a pivotal point in his life, and a reality of the times we live in, as well as wearing it for the biggest gig of his life.
