Many users had downloaded the Glitch app, but engagement had fallen. To reverse this trend, the app was placed in the heart of the GlitchFam community. Adidas football creators were invited to co-create a new app experience, but couldn't agree splitting into factions favouring opposing styles and attitudes. So the developers embraced that and created Glitch Cliques: a social campaign that pulled thousands of followers into cliques.
