Open Your World

Award: Wood Pencil

Wood Pencil / TV & Cinema Advertising / TV Commercial Campaigns / 2012

‘The Entrance’, the first installment of Heineken’s global ‘Open your World’ campaign, demonstrates the ultimate party entrance. Charming his way past a coterie of unexpected guests, the film’s hero ends up on stage performing with The Asteroids Galaxy Tour. ‘The Date’ follows the Heineken Legend, a ‘man of the world’, as he woos his girl on an epic date. The pair enters a restaurant-cum- theatre, kicking off a series of encounters between the duo and a cast of colourful characters. Our hero impresses his girl with his eel-taming skills as they stumble past an aquarium. They encounter a magician and are pursued by an overzealous Chinese dragon. Finally the Legend shows off his unique dance skills in the main hall of the venue.
