‘My intention was to make the spot feel like a trailer for a feature film that doesn't exist yet,’ Alexei comments. ‘I wanted to make the world of the game feel as real as possible and capture the action in-camera, in contrast to the majority of the game trailers, which rely heavily on CG.’ The spot was filmed in Prague over three shoot days. Close to 100 extras, custom costumes and wardrobe, stunts, pyrotechnics, animals and children made the production a real challenge. It was shot on 35mm film in anamorphic format. Post-production and finishing was done at Logan LA.
