SKYCITY Casino launched its poker game by inviting all of Auckland to play a huge game of poker. 52 playing cards were dealt out all over the city; in all types of media. One might have seen an ace on the back of a bus, a pair of nines in a magazine, a king, queen and jack on a billboard, or find the two of clubs on a staff T-shirt at SKYCITY. Contestants could email in photographed poker hands. The best hand won AUS $10 000. Well, why not? It was a game of poker after all.
