TThe Singapore Envionmental Council instructed to create a direct mailer that demonstrated the urgency of environmental concerns. A calendar with its dates perforated over a background of the sky was produced. In order to use the calendar effectively, the recipient had to tear out each date, leaving a hole in the sky, which got bigger with each day passing.
