Be The First is a campaign of togetherness and ambition with mentorship and a see it to be it mentality at its core. To attract diversity through ages 16 to 35, we need to show it already exists - and thrives - in our ranks. It's a call to arms to become part of an evolving Army that welcomes Brits of any colour, creed, class or gender. An extension of the brand, Be The First could leave a legacy for the British Army that sets the tone for other UK industries pushing for diversity and equality.
