His 25 plus years in the industry across the US, UK, Europe, Asia
and Australia includes time as one of the Creative Partners at Fallon London,
as Creative Director at Wieden + Kennedy Portland and ECD roles for Mojo,
the Monkeys and Leo Burnett.
Micah's work in design and advertising has been recognised with over 200
international awards, including D&AD awards in both design and advertising.
