This position will suit someone who ideally will have previous experience working in Advertising, Design, Education or Marketing.
Playing an active role in driving New Blood Awards entries, you will utilise your sharp project management skills to juggle multiple projects, promoting the corresponding D&AD New Blood Festival and raising awareness about D&AD Academy.

An exciting opportunity to join the D&AD marketing team has become available. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive, you will coordinate and implement integrated, cross-channel marketing communications to support D&AD’s customer acquisition and retention strategy and overall commercial objectives.
You will need to have at least one year’s marketing experience working across online and offline channels and be educated to degree level or equivalent. A passion for the creative industries, particularly agencies and studios within the advertising, design, digital and production worlds, is recommended. In addition, we are looking for someone who is commercially focused, analytical, possesses strong administrative and organisational skills and has the ability to work as part of a team to meet strict deadlines.

D&AD is seeking an enthusiastic and driven candidate to manage the operational delivery of all D&AD awards including the project manage D&AD’s judging events. This is a key position with the awards department that will see the right candidate work closely with digital and marketing functions to ensure the smooth launch and operational running of D&AD awards programmes.
The right candidate should be well placed to help drive innovation in awards operations, streamline process and developing new ways of working. The candidate should be confident managing upwards and within a team, be exceptionally well organised, digital minded and have an interested in the creative design and advertising world.
