Technical Manager

This is a central role within D&AD, the technical right hand to the Digital and IS Director. The desired candidate will be expected to take the technical lead on all Salesforce projects and be the technical point-of-call for one administrator and a business analyst. A deep understanding of administrating Salesforce is a necessity, as you will be expected to both propose and implement solutions. Knowledge of data protection and security practises is preferred.

German Speaking Business Development Assistant - Fixed Term (12 months)

This is a great opportunity for a German speaking candidate to join D&AD’s business development team to help research international award-winning talent and exceptional work from the design, advertising and digital industries.

You will be tasked with researching potential entries in your assigned territories, with an emphasis on seeking out high quality submissions and making around fifty targeted B2B telesales calls per day to your researched leads. You will encourage them to participate with D&AD and provide excellent knowledge of the benefits of doing so.

Playing an active role in driving awards entries and product sales in your territories, you will utilise telesales programmes to communicate the benefits of entering the D&AD Awards, promoting the corresponding D&AD Festival and raising awareness about D&AD Membership.

Events & Special Projects Content Coordinator

We are looking for an Events & Special Projects Content Coordinator to manage the programme of content for D&AD year round events, with a focus on the D&AD Festival. Highly motivated, with a desire to shoulder responsibility, you will need to be very well organised with meticulous forward planning. You'll need to be able to meet targets and deliver promised outcomes under pressure of multiple deadlines. You will need to be a charismatic ambassador for D&AD; a confident and effective communicator able to liaise with all project stakeholders and partner organisations.

Archive Data Assistant

In a bid to consign filing cabinets to the past, D&AD are moving cloud-based technology to manage & store its Awards Archive. With 20 years already archived we're moving this exciting project to the next phase. Working alongside an enthusiastic team you’ll play a significant role in researching, preparing and populating one of the worlds leading design and advertising archives. By the end of the process you’ll know all there is to about excellence in the creative industries.

Foundation Executive

This is a great opportunity to join D&AD’s New Blood/Foundation team to help inspire the next generation of creative practitioners, to enable diverse talent to flourish and to stimulate the creative industry to work towards a fairer, more sustainable future.

You will need to be motivated, very well organised and able to deliver projects under the pressure of multiple deadlines. You will need to be interested in the creative industry and have a belief in the power of learning. This position will suit someone who ideally will have previous experience working in Advertising, Design, Education or Marketing.

Playing an active role in driving New Blood Awards entries, you will utilise your sharp project management skills to juggle multiple projects, promoting the corresponding D&AD New Blood Festival and raising awareness about D&AD Academy.
