Awards Production Assistant

This is a great opportunity to join D&AD’s Awards Team to help oversee daily operations, organising and tracking awards entries and covering other logistics and administrative duties as assigned. Working in the lead up to Judging, you will get to see the entries and exhibited work first hand and attend the D&AD Festival as a key member of the team.

Hard work and dedication are key ingredients to taking on this role. Meticulous attention to detail is a must as you will ensure the entries are ready to be judged by our esteemed industry experts. You will also need excellent customer service skills as you will be the first port of call for our entrants.

Awards Production Assistant (Digital)

As the digital support for the Awards Team you will be first point of contact for any digital media issues across all entries to the D&D Professional Awards 2017. This would include editing media and resolving file issues when necessary. Working in the lead up to Judging, you will get to see the entries and exhibited work first hand and attend the D&AD Festival as a key member of the team.

The role requires an advanced level of technical skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously, strong interpersonal and management skills and a good level of computer literacy particularly in Mac-based production tools.

Awards Production Assistant (Warehousing)

This is a great opportunity to join D&AD’s Awards Team to help oversee daily operations, organising and tracking awards entries and covering other logistics and administrative duties as assigned. You'll be responsible for managing production space alongside the rest of the production team and ensure awards entries are received, stored and packed according to the highest standards. Working in the lead up to Judging, you will get to see the entries and exhibited work first hand and attend the D&AD Festival as a key member of the team.

German Speaking Business Development Assistant

This is a great opportunity to join D&AD’s Business Development team to help search for international award-winning talent and exceptional work from the design, advertising and digital industries. Playing an active role in driving Awards entries and product sales in your territories, you will utilise telesales programmes to promote and communicate the benefits of entering D&AD’s annual Awards and attending the corresponding D&AD Festival as well as driving global D&AD Membership and promoting a range of synonymous events and opportunities in the D&AD calendar.

You will be tasked with researching potential entries in your assigned territories, with an emphasis on seeking out high quality submissions and making around fifty targeted telesales calls per day to your researched leads. You will encourage them to participate with D&AD and provide excellent knowledge of the benefits of doing so. Candidates with well-honed research skills, confidence and determination to sell over the phone, and who are familiar with the work of D&AD, should most definitely apply.

Awards Digital Executive

This is a great opportunity to join D&AD's Awards Team to oversee the digital requirements needed to launch and run the D&AD Professional, Next, Impact and Kyoorius Awards.

Working within the Awards Operations team you will be responsible for launching both the entry and logging system, managing all technical issues regarding entries as well as content collection for the Annual, Ceremony and exhibition projects. The role requires rigorous attention to detail, excellent excel skills, strong experience in understanding databases and knowledge of CMS.

Awards Entry Executive

This is a great opportunity to join D&AD's Awards Team to work alongside the Awards Entry Manager in all aspects regarding Entry delivery. Key projects include customer service management of all queries across D&AD, provide supervisor level support for the Production Team and assist on entry developments.

The role requires rigorous attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, strong interpersonal and management skills whilst maintaining a calm attitude.

Events & Special Projects Assistant

We are looking for an Events & Special Projects Assistant with interest in developing their event management skills. Reporting to the Events & Special Projects Manager you will be supporting the events team with our year round programme including D&AD President's Lectures, D&AD Festival, D&AD Awards Ceremony and D&AD New Blood Festival. 

You will need to be highly motivated, organised, enthusiastic and confident. You'll be responsible for liaising with all project stakeholders, suppliers and partner organisations. You’ll need to be committed to equal opportunities, tactful and discreet. It is important that you are extremely personable, approachable and friendly and not afraid of picking up the phone when the occasion calls.

Events & Special Projects Executive

We are looking for an Events & Special Projects Executive, creative and filled to the brim with new ideas to add to D&AD’s year round events. Reporting to the Senior Events Manager the role will have a focus on the D&AD Festival and D&AD New Blood Festival. Highly motivated, with a desire to shoulder responsibility, you will need to be very well organised with meticulous forward planning. We need to be able to rely on you to meet targets and deliver promised outcomes under pressure of multiple deadlines.

You will need to be highly motivated, organised, enthusiastic and confident. You'll be responsible for liaising with all project stakeholders, suppliers and partner organisations.
