Panos Sambrakos is the Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy Greece and one of the most awarded creatives in the country, with multiple international awards at Cannes Lions, Clios, One Show, D&AD, LIA, and the Webbys, as well as 18 Grand Ermis at Greece’s annual Ermis Awards, 2 Grand Effie Hellas and 3 Effie Awards Europe.

Panos is a pioneer in Branded Entertainment and has created several popular fiction films, series, and documentaries for brands, that have won a total of 8 Cannes Lions, including a Gold Lion in Glass: The Lion for Change in 2022 for Lacta’s short film “Don’t Ever Leave Me,” a Silver Lion for 2020’s feature-length documentary “The Real Robokids” for Cosmote, a Gold and a Silver Lion for 2017’s “From the Start” web series for Lacta, a Silver Lion in 2016 for Lacta’s TV movie “Love like there’s no tomorrow” as well as 2 Silver and 1 Bronze Lions for 2013’s theatrically released “Love in the End” for Lacta, that also won a Gold Clio.
Panos was a member of the jury of the Entertainment Lions at Cannes Lions 2020/21 and has been a judge at the D&AD awards and the president of the Ermis Awards in Greece.
In recent years, Panos has helped Ogilvy Greece be named Agency of the Year at the Effie Awards Hellas, both in 2022 and 2020, as well as Digital, Direct, and PR Agency of the Year, at the Ermis Awards Greek advertising festival, in 2021 and 2019, for work that has fuelled the growth of some of the country’s biggest brands.

Bringing customers and brands together through some of the country’s most innovative digital & integrated campaigns, Panos had previously contributed to OgilvyOne Athens, being named Digital and Direct Agency of the Year for ten years in a row.

Panos maintains a blog at panos.gr and was the founder of one of the most historic James Bond fan sites, Mr. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang!
