I've worked over two decades across two continents as a creative leader in one of the most difficult to navigate, restricted creative industries in the world - health. I have won many awards and accolades and chaired many international health juries. But my biggest achievement and love is helping people shine.
Which is why I now coach.
Prior to this, I spent a whole decade at McCann Health where I helped elevate the network to no 1 in the world. And kept it there for years. Most recently, as New York's CCO, I put in place the rockstars and championed the ideas that propelled McCann Health to the top.
I am now thrilled and excited to be joining D&AD on the Health and Wellbeing Jury.
