Over 12 years’ commercial design experience, working collaboratively with leading digital experts across the field. Specialising in; Information Architecture (IA), User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) / Interaction Design (IxD) and Usability Testing.
Working for top UK agencies such as; SiftDigital, Mubaloo & Bray Leino Yucca I have led complex projects from start to finish and delivered fearless creativity based on market insight, user research and experience to implement best in class web applications.
An innovative and strategic approach focused heavily on the user at all times has enabled me to produce highly engaging, intuitive and functional digital experiences.
Joining Nationwide has opened my eyes to true Agile methodology and Lean UX principles both of which increase productivity by forcing you to be creative, collaborative and decisive. Ultimately we produce rapid prototypes to communicate benefits of better customer experiences and exploit emerging technologies.
