Carmela has worked at Isobar, Havas, JWT, DDB and Ogilvy across South America, Europe and Australia, before joining Clemenger BBDO Melbourne as Executive Creative Director.
Carmela has won more than 100 awards internationally and has recently been nominated ‘Women Leading Change’ in APAC by Campaign. She's also very proud to have spoken at the opening of D&AD Rare in Sydney.
