New Blood Festival Guide

We're on the look out for seven hungry, creative graduates to make this year's New Blood Festival the best yet.

As a New Blood Festival guide you will:
- Guide groups of students to events in the east London area.
- Partake in events hosted by exciting creative organisations
- Be the face of D&AD at Festival events
- Make a big noise about New Blood on social media

Sales Executive

Salary - £22,000 plus up to £8,000 OTE, per annum

Initial 12 month contract.

D&AD require an experienced Sales Executive to work as part of the Marketing, Sales and Communications Team, working closely with the Senior Sales Manager.

You will be confident in using a CRM database (Salesforce), to ensure all interactions are recorded, pipelines created and targets are met.

This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your sales career. Suitable applicants will be results-driven, proactive, and motivated sales professionals with at least one year’s experience.

You will be able to demonstrate success in achieving sales target and KPIs, preferably selling membership, events or educational/training programmes. An understanding of and/or interest in the Advertising, Design and Media industry or Professional Development would be a distinct advantage.
