The ideal candidate for this role will help develop and deliver projects that support the aims of the Foundation.
In particular, we’re looking for someone to play a key role in delivering the New Blood Awards, Festival and Academy (New Blood is D&AD’s educational programme).
You’ll need experience in project management, operational delivery, and process improvement, as well as a knowledge and understanding of the creative industry and/or the education sector. Experience of programme development and delivery, and the ability to apply appropriate evaluation methods and techniques is also required. You will need to be a confident networker, communicator and presenter, with strong administration and organisational skills.
The Foundation’s plans are ambitious and therefore there is scope for the role to evolve and grow.

Awards Entry Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the D&AD Awards and Operations team working across our prestigious Awards programmes.
As Awards Entry Manager you will be responsible for the delivery and project management of Awards entry projects.
In this diverse role you’ll be responsible for building relationships with D&AD entrants, preparing content and documentation for the call for entry period; managing a large temporary team to process the thousands of entries we receive each year; ensuring entrants receive a high level of customer service from you and your team; problem solving issues that arise with entries; coordinating online judging and managing the set up of entries at judging events and much more.
You’ll need experience in project management, managing large teams of people and have a record of delivering excellent customer service. We need you to be organised, reliable, and flexible, someone who can get things done and pride themselves on their communications skills. You’ll also have to be confident in using IT systems in order to use our many internal and external facing systems.
