In 2016, Singtel made some major upgrades to their 4G mobile network. They were the first in Southeast Asia to launch a Tri-band 4G+ network which allowed for deeper 4G indoor coverage with wider and more consistent network performance across the island. With Singapore ranking the highest globally for smartphone penetration (Source: Deloitte, 2015), the task was for us to demonstrate the superiority of the network to a local audience that use their mobile phones for just about everything.
