For the winning electoral campaign of the Protovoulia (Initiative) for Thessaloniki party and its candidate Yiannis Boutaris, Beetroot Design Group crafted a series of inspiring posters presenting the party's programme and philosophies in a modern and humorous way. As a nod to their candidate's age and vigour, Beetroot created nostalgic caricatures and gave them a contemporary twist. By injecting their illustrations with vivid colours, high contrasts and accessible handwritten typography, Beetroot produced a perky and dynamic campaign, appreciated for its positive, pragmatic approach.
