Pressuring governments into making changes to the law has always been an arduous process, especially with regards to capital punishment. However, Amnesty can use petitions to delay death sentences by securing a stay of execution. The signatures in our designs represent mazes separating the victim from their executor, illustrating how each signature on an Amnesty petition can buy those facing capital punishment more time.
