Verbal Spontaneity ? Personality Retention – a project between The Scott-Morgan Foundation/Intel/Optimize3d/Embody Digital/Cereproc – set out to redesign the next generation of ACAT, open-source assistive software for MND sufferers. Fjord’s role was to redesign the front end, enabling it to interface with several new technologies including eye tracking, avatar, speech synthesis and AI Predictive text, as well as overhauling the UI and UX to make it faster, more intelligent, more comfortable and easier to use. This project allows sufferers to retain those most human of traits: communication and personality.
