Nakagin Capsule Business Card
Nakagin Capsule Tower is representative of the Metabolism architectural movement, and is capable of adding new capsules (rooms). Although shortlisted as a World Heritage site by ICOMOS and DOCOMOMO, the iconic structure risks demolition by the landowner. As part of the Nakagin preservation movement, Dentsu Inc. converted business cards into a communication tool enabling firsthand experience of the unique identity of the building. Depicting a different lifestyle in each capsule, they expressed the spirit of Nakagin Capsule Tower through its residents.
