The challenge was to create a comfortable, human-centred device, allowing for instinctive use. Through highly collaborative design across hardware, software, human factors and user experience, Microsoft created a comfortable and immersive MR experience. HoloLens 2 combines an untethered device with apps and solutions that help people across a business learn, communicate and collaborate more effectively.
