Friends Wanted
To address the stigma of McDonald’s as an employer among young people, Cossette created a whole new hiring philosophy, focused on making McDonald’s a place for friends to apply, interview, and work together. They started by updating all of the brand’s application touchpoints, and supported them with a campaign focused on getting friends to apply together.
