The Puck
The Puck is an installation that goes inside urinals to measure glucose levels in urine, and determine if they are at risk of diabetes. With the majority of men aged 20-50 forgoing regular doctor checkups, The Puck is located in places most frequented by the demographic. The interactive activation is able to automatically identify those who are most likely diabetic or pre-diabetic. Once identified, The Puck encourages them to see their doctor, potentially saving them a lifetime of complications while also increasing awareness for this disease.
