To help them make mindful decisions, we release Becky, a chatbot extension of Barclays’ app that intervenes in users’ shopping and guides them to valuable investments. Whenever users overcome an impulsive purchase they get closer to their long-term goals, because cutting wants into needs shouldn't be a hard challenge.
