The Sextension
Durex wants democratize and empower sex for people with a disability. But rather than trying to change peoples minds or push media to be inclusive, we decided to put our efforts into something that could actually help - right here, right now. There is a severe lack of education, information and inspiration about sex aimed at anyone with a disability. So we created something to level that playing field. The ‘Sextension’ is a browser extension that uses AI to identify words, terms and images related to sex - and offers adapted versions, tailored to any disability. This way, we unlock the abundance of sexual content there is for people without a disability - so people with a disability will find relevant, fun and inspiring content at the click of a mousepad - just like anyone else.
