It’s getting harder to enjoy a good book nowadays, but it’s especially so for “commute readers” – people who read on their daily commute. Besides constantly being in less than ideal environments, the modern habit of skim reading also makes it challenging to digest text and empathise with characters in the book. To enhance their reading experience, we look towards another form of engagement that has been made easier with deep learning AI: spatial immersion with audio.
