Allbirds set out to create a whole new footwear category with the 2016 release of the Wool Runner. The key material is premium Superfine ZQ-certified New Zealand merino wool. Merino’s qualities - moisture wicking, temperature regulating and anti-bacterial¬ - allow us to create better shoes in a better way.
At every turn we've tried to incorporate natural, sustainable materials without ever compromising on quality. The result: footwear that utilizes natural materials not just because they are better for the environment, but because they create a better product.
