The delicate balance of the ecosystems in the wetland areas including rice paddies in Japan was threatened,and no stork has been seen in Japan.
Suntory, a leading beverage manufacturer in Japan, has been engaging in the ongoing bird conservation activities to restore healthy ecosystems.
As a part of the activities, the event to fly kites in the shape of storks high in the sky was held together with children to vow to restore a rich ecosystem for the future.
