Sufi Rock

Sufi Rock combines rock music with the classic Sufi music made by devotees of Islamic mysticism. Ogilvy & Mather India visually linked these musical forms to announce a concert organised by Seagram's 100 Pipers as part of its True Legend campaign. The posters fused the jali, the latticed screen from Islamic architecture, with iconographic gestures from rock and metal.The die-cut posters were placed on varied backgrounds to create beautiful and surreal ambiences, especially when they interacted with light.
