My cinematic vision was to create a subversive interpretation of that which is synonymous with ‘Rule Britannia’. On face value the footage portrays a quaint toy in motion accompanied by tinkling music. However, upon closer inspection the moving image shows scenes of a decrepit High Street representing Britain's 'seedy underbelly'.
