Mark is Head of design for the Everyday Servicing at Barclays Bank. He leads a cross discipline team of Service designers, Product designers and Researchers that work across multiple Channels.
He is passionate about creating experiences that put customers first, whilst still fulfilling the business needs. He has a keen interest in behavioural economics, which he uses along with service design and user centric design principles to develop a deep understanding of both the user’s and business needs.
He has been in the design industry for 26 years and worked with clients from small boutique start-ups to global blue chip companies like AMEX, Land Rover, VW, Coca Cola, Samsung, Philips, BT & Guinness.
