Joanne has been flying the flag for female creatives in advertising for over 15 years. A multi-award-winning creative and creative director, she has worked across global accounts including the launch of Dove’s ‘Real Women’ campaign, VW, Fairy, Gillette and many more.

Through the haze of raising a young family she recently won a Gold Lion and 3 D&AD pencils for The Times Rich List 'Fat Cats' campaign.
