As an Interaction Designer my job requires two things:
1 - Advocate for people. This means that if people need a pillow, but the client wants a website, an app, and a campaign to sell them gold-topped pizza… I'll fight for the pillow.
2 - Bring experiences to life. There are too many apps, products, websites, and experiences that are same-y. The goal is to make these more interactive, exciting and immersive for people to fall in love with experiences vs just selling things.
