Anna Carpen is Creative Partner of And Rising, the first B-corp advertising agency in the UK.
She started her career by working on big campaigns for brands such at Nationwide, National Trust and Freeview. These were followed up with some blockbuster Christmas ads for House of Fraser.
In more recent years she has been pioneering scaling brands. Her ‘Moose the dog’ ads for Clearscore has helped grow the business from 600,000 users to 8 million worldwide.
Anna often speaks of the importance of diversity in advertising. In the ten years she has worked in the industry she has made over 100 ads.
She was nominated for the D&AD next director award and is a D&AD Shift Mentor.
