Returning to the collective in 2018 as TBWA\Hong Kong’s ECD, Jerome assumed creative leadership across the agency’s full roster of clients. Within 2 years, he led the agency to become the most innovative and creatively effective agency in the market. In 2019, TBWA was named Hong Kong's Creative Agency of the Year by Campaign. And the next year, ranked as Hong Kong’s #1 Most Effective Agency, in both the 2020 Effie Index and WARC Effective 100 Rankings.

Prior to Hong Kong, he spent 9 years at McCann in several offices, including Bangkok, Shanghai, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. In his previous role, Jerome served as ECD, Global – Digital Foundry at Commonwealth\\McCann, where he was responsible for elevating digital creative for General Motor’s global Chevrolet markets.

Over 20 years in the industry, he feels fortunate that his work has earned recognitions from advertising creative to effectiveness awards – from lions to pencils to the effies. But perhaps more importantly, he is grateful that his work for brands can continue to contribute to a positive impact for businesses, families and the community.
