Ting began his career at Conde Nast, JWT and David Quary Design, prior to attending
The University of the Arts. Shortly after graduating he joined Springer & Jacoby to work on a series of advertising campaigns for Mercedes Benz and Deutsche Telekom. He has led a number of successful projects as Brand Project Director for a £600 million BBC Broadcasting House redevelopment, £3 billion Head Quarter design scheme for Qatar Airways, a brand relocation property strategy for Barclays Capital and a high profile public consultation for Luton Airport.
For five years Ting was a Project Director and assessor for the International Society of Typographic and Graphic Designers Awards - the Society works closely within design education and industry to deliver major projects and events that promote and sustain typographic and graphic design excellences. He has sustained international reputation and has won D&AD, ISTD, Deutscher Preis für Kommunikation and Japan Type Director’s Club awards. His expertise has been published all around the world. He maintains a hands-on strategic view for all major projects.
