Biography: Khodi Feiz
Khodi Feiz (1963) is an industrial designer who was born in Iran, grew up in the USA, and now resides in the Netherlands. In 1998 he founded Feiz Design Studio together with graphic designer Anneko Feiz-van Dorssen, specializing in the fields of product design, furniture design, graphic design, and strategic design. Prior to this, Feiz held the position of Design Manager and Creative Director for the Advanced Design Group at Philips Design in Eindhoven. Feiz has lectured at the Design Academy Eindhoven (The Netherlands), Domus Academy (Italy), and the Harvard Design School (USA). He is the recipient of numerous design awards including the Dutch Design Prize (2006 and 2003) and a finalist for the World Technology Award for Design (1999-2000). Feiz’s work has been featured in exhibitions and publications worldwide and his clients include Alessi, Artifort, Cappellini, Denon, Electrolux, Geiger, Heineken, Herman Miller, Logitech, Nokia, Offecct and Samsung.
