Tessa Regan

I am a Marketing Manager with 7 years experience in the consumer goods industry. I initially worked for a start-up financial management business, before joining the FMCG industry and have since worked in a variety of roles across Unilever, as well as a role at Pentland on the sports fashion brand ellesse.

I currently work in the Global Disrupt team for Pepsi Lipton (a joint venture between Unilever & Pepsico), where I am responsible for leading new brands and innovations into white spaces/new categories.

I believe in finding simple solutions to complex problems for organisations who believe in doing business the right way and with purpose.
