I am currently a digital associate at Consulum, a government advisory firm in Dubai. I am also a board member for a local NGO, NS Impact Foundation, based in Johannesburg, with a core focus on brand building, communications, strategic partnerships, and fundraising. My pro-bono work in this sector includes digital consulting for Ashoka Africa and volunteering my digital PR skills on Catchafire where I am able to connect with like-minded individuals on a global scale. I firmly believe social media is a key platform for non-profits to maintain a connection with their target audience, raise awareness, funding & ultimately make an impact.

I previously served as Head of Social Africa for Weber Shandwick, a leading global PR agency, where I led the social offer for the Africa network, specifically focused on community management, data management, influencer marketing, online reputation management, and paid social.

My client portfolio experience includes the Kenya Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis, Samsung Africa, Vestergaard, Roche, IBM, United Nations Women Kenya, Mastercard, Nestle, financial services group Sanlam and the City of Cape Town. My career also includes four years as Head of Social for top digital agency, Hellocomputer where I worked closely with the content production, creative, internal branding, marketing, and PR teams on award-winning integrated campaign development and paid social communication management for a range of brands including financial services group Absa, network provider Cell C and South African Tourism. My work in the digital marketing space has surmounted to me being named as one of the "Top 35 Under 35" in the industry,

I am a certified media buyer as well as a Webfluential-certified influencer marketer and have designed and managed several high-profile influencer campaigns. I am also a regular speaker at industry events, having presented on several topic areas including digital ROI, online reputation management, and upskilling local SMEs with digital knowledge. I am currently specializing my studies in Digitalization in International Relations.
