Nic entered advertising just before his voice broke at the tender age of 17. First at TBWA and then a newly founded BBH Singapore, before entering the Singapore army as a combat engineer.
He founded The Secret Little Agency (TSLA) in 2007 with an ambition to shape, move and influence culture from Asia to the rest of the world. Under his leadership, TSLA has been named agency of the year multiple times since 2013, and was most recently listed as one of The World's Leading Independent Agencies by Campaign UK in 2016.
He is an eternal optimist who has many bright ideas on how creativity can influence communities and culture for good.
